Not every workspace has room for a throne. The LumbaCore X1 was designed for the home study, the bedroom desk and the shared corner where a full-size executive chair would overwhelm the room — without giving up the adjustments that actually matter.

At its centre is the LumbaCore: a spring-loaded lumbar cradle mounted on a flexing frame. Press back and it yields; sit upright and it returns. The result is support that responds instead of resisting, which is exactly what your lower back does when you shift posture every few minutes — as you naturally do. The mid-back height stops just below the shoulder blades, leaving your shoulders free to move, while the charcoal fabric seat distributes weight over a wider area than thin mesh pads, so long sessions stay comfortable.

The seat pan is contoured with a subtle waterfall front edge, which takes pressure off the underside of the thigh and keeps circulation flowing to your calves — the fix for the "pins and needles" feeling after a long call. Seat height adjusts 4 in, recline tension is dialled with a single under-seat knob, and the tilt locks upright for focused typing or releases to 120° for reading. The 2D armrests adjust in height and angle; they also flip up so the chair slides fully under the desk when the room needs its floor space back.

A matte-black nylon base is lighter to move and gentler on floors than chrome, and the whole chair weighs just 24 lb — easy to carry upstairs, easy to rearrange when the room's purpose changes.
