Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the sale of ergonomic office chairs through qixzor.com. Placing an order means you accept them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Operator
qixzor.com is operated by Xiasha (Hebei) Technology Co., Ltd., No. 1639, 1st Floor, Building F, Zhongchu Square, 198 Zhonghua North Street, Dongjiao Subdistrict, Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Store owner: 任岩.
2. Eligibility
You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and be able to enter a binding contract. Details given at checkout must be accurate and current.
3. Product information
Dimensions, adjustment ranges, weight capacity and materials are stated on each product page. Screen settings can alter how colours and finishes appear, and minor variations in texture or shade are not defects. Most chairs require assembly; tools and instructions are supplied.
4. Prices, currency and errors
Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and exclude delivery charges and import duties unless stated otherwise. We may correct a pricing or description error before dispatch; if a correction affects an order already placed, we contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Order acceptance
A confirmation email records receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when payment is authorised, stock is confirmed and the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised or is reversed, the item is out of stock or discontinued, the address is incomplete or unsupported, or fraud is suspected. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
6. Payment and billing
You authorise us, through our payment providers, to charge the total shown at checkout including shipping and applicable taxes. Billing details must match the payment instrument used.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery timeframes, tracking, duties and the handling of delayed or lost parcels follow our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provided.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Change-of-mind returns, defective items and refund timing follow our Return Policy. Statutory rights in your jurisdiction are not reduced by these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The qixzor™ name and logo, product photography, descriptions, layout and code on qixzor.com remain ours or our licensors'. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use; copying the catalogue for resale or another storefront is not permitted.
10. Reviews and submitted content
By submitting a review, photograph or message you confirm it is your own and does not infringe others' rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the store. We may remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss of data arising from use of the site or a purchased chair. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims and costs arising from information you supply that is false, or from use of the site that breaches these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with the courts of Shijiazhuang, Hebei having jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights available to you locally.

The version published on qixzor.com applies to orders placed after it appears.
