Orders for our ergonomic office chairs are paid through encrypted, industry-certified payment providers. qixzor.com never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.

How each stage of payment is protected
Encryption
All pages, including checkout, load over HTTPS so data moving between your browser and the store cannot be read in transit.
Card handling
Card data is entered on the payment provider's own secure form and tokenised; we receive only the authorisation result and a transaction reference.
Verification
Address checks, card security codes and, where supported, 3-D Secure steps are used to confirm the payer is the cardholder.
Order review
Unusual orders — mismatched addresses, high-value first purchases or repeated attempts — may be held for manual review before dispatch.
Currency and pricing
Prices are presented in the currency shown at checkout; taxes, duties or import charges are displayed where they apply before you confirm payment.
Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed, we share the order record, dispatch proof and delivery confirmation with the payment provider to resolve it.
Our own security practices
Limited internal access
Only staff handling orders and support can view customer records, and administrative accounts require individual credentials.
Monitored activity
Login attempts and administrative actions are logged, and unexpected activity triggers a review.
Retained only when needed
Transaction references are kept for accounting and tax purposes; sensitive payment data is not retained on our systems at all.
What we will never ask you for
- Your full card number, expiry date or CVV code by email or phone.
- Your store account password, or a one-time code sent to your device.
- Payment through a bank transfer to an account that differs from the one shown at checkout.
If anything resembling the above arrives under our name, do not respond — forward it to service@qixzor.com so we can investigate.
