Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and be able to enter a binding contract. Details given at checkout must be accurate and current.

Product information

Dimensions, adjustment ranges, weight capacity and materials are described on each product page. Screen settings can alter how a colour or finish appears, and minor variations in texture or shade are not defects. Assembly is required for most chairs, and the necessary tools and instructions are supplied.

Prices, currency and errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude delivery charges and any import duties unless stated otherwise. We may correct a pricing or description error before dispatch; where a correction applies to an order already placed, we contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Order acceptance

A confirmation email records that we received your order; it is not acceptance. Acceptance happens when the order passes payment authorisation and stock checks and is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where:

• payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed;
• the item is out of stock or discontinued;
• the delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;
• fraud or misuse is suspected.

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Payment and billing

You authorise us, through our payment providers, to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping and applicable taxes. Billing details must match the payment instrument used.

Delivery and risk

Delivery timeframes, tracking, duties and the handling of delayed or lost parcels follow our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Change-of-mind returns, defective items and refund timing follow our Return Policy. Statutory rights in your jurisdiction are not reduced by these terms.

Intellectual property

The qixzor™ name and logo, product photography, written descriptions, layout and code on qixzor.com remain ours or our licensors'. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use only; copying the catalogue, images or text for resale or for another storefront is not permitted.

Reviews and submitted content

By submitting a review, photograph or message you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss of data arising from the use of the site or a purchased chair. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from information you supply that is false, or from use of the site that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with the courts of Shijiazhuang, Hebei having jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you locally.

Changes

The current version published on qixzor.com applies to orders placed after it appears. Continued use of the store indicates acceptance of the updated wording.
